Welcome to KiddieGoRound (“KGR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. The Service is intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts.

2. Account Registration

You may register using email or third-party authentication providers (such as Google or Facebook). You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

3. User Content

You may submit reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, event details, and other materials (“User Content”).

Ownership

You retain ownership of the User Content you submit.

License to KGR

By submitting User Content, you grant KGR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and promote such content in connection with the Service and KGR’s business operations, including marketing and promotional activities.

Representations

KGR may remove or modify User Content at its discretion.

4. Account Deletion and Content Retention

You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Upon deletion:

The license granted to KGR survives account termination.

5. Business Listings and Claims

All place and event listings (“Listing Data”) are owned and controlled by KGR.

Business owners may request to claim a listing for management purposes. Claiming a listing does not transfer ownership rights.

KGR may:

6. Paid Services and Premium Features

KGR may, now or in the future, offer paid services, including premium listings, enhanced visibility, advertising packages, subscriptions, or analytics tools.

Participation in paid services does not grant ownership rights over Listing Data. KGR may modify pricing, features, or availability at any time.

7. Advertising and Sponsored Content

KGR may display sponsored or promoted listings. Sponsored placements may receive preferential visibility. Inclusion of sponsored content does not constitute endorsement.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing

KGR may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated systems to generate summaries, improve recommendations, enhance personalization, detect fraud, and improve search and ranking.

User Content and Listing Data may be processed, analyzed, aggregated, or transformed for these purposes. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for analytics, research, product development, and commercial purposes. Users are not entitled to compensation for derivative outputs created using their content.

9. Disclaimer of Accuracy

Information provided about locations, pricing, hours, and events may not always be accurate or current. Users should independently verify details.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KGR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Termination

KGR may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which KGR is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute, the laws of the State of California shall apply.
